Hello Friends!

How you're all doing? Welcome to the latest edition of the Tech With Dom newsletter!

I wanted to start with an interesting aspect that I read in a pretty awesome book called Eat That Frog! by Brian Tracey. The whole idea that this book promotes is if you had two things to eat, you would eat the ugliest one first, in other words if you had two tasks to do, do the ugliest, largest and most important one first! I know that this isn't related to technology in anyway, shape or form. It is however an saying that I now say to myself every morning and it's made my life so much more organised! You can check out this short book here.

Behind the scenes

As a part-time content creator, I've spent the past two weeks recording some pretty cool content and writing some pretty cool draft blog posts. Unfortunately, due to time constraints I wasn't able to complete everything but I think it's fair to say that I came pretty close.

Whilst I didn't get a chance to complete everything I was planning to complete, the past two weeks have been very busy. Last week I was daily driving the Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite, which is a pretty impressive watch for only $60, video coming soon!

I'm working towards a new what's in my backpack video. This time the theme is commuting as for those who are unaware, I commute to work on a weekly basis.

I'm also working on a Google Pixel Buds A video which just needs some more footage recording.

By Dom Kwolczak Roll into action and give this fantastic app a whirl! Hi All, Hope you're all doing well! This has been a bit of a strange week mainly because of how fast the weather changed. The week started with it being around 12 to 14°C and then halfway through the week it dropped to below 5°C! I remember Thursday morning being pretty warm but then when I left the office it was so cold! That has of course spoiled my plans for recording content for my channel as I didn't think to take...

By Dom Kwolczak I Want To Try Something New! Hi All, This has been another incredibly busy week, both for Tech With Dom as well as my day job. When working a full-time job and doing something on the side such as running a side hustle or learning a new skill, things can quickly become very busy and you have to know how to plan your time properly. I tend to plan my week during the weekend using a to-do list as well as a calendar app, but I've lately been watching many productivity videos and I...

🖥️ Microsoft Needs To Do This NOW! Hi All, I started the week with a random thought and if you think about it, it actually makes sense, especially in this day and age - but we'll get to that a little later. First, I wanted to mention that Microsoft Windows has always been an operating system I associate work and corporate life with. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that most companies I ever worked for used Windows of some variation. According to research, Microsoft Windows also...
